（1）资格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投标人为中华人民共和国境内注册公司，需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照，投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）。投标人为事业单位的，应具有合法有效的事业单位法人证书，投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）。投标人为分公司的，提供具有合法有效的营业执照和上级法人单位授权书（授权该分公司投标），认可该分公司和上级法人单位的资质、资格和业绩，不认可同一上级法人单位的其它分公司的资质、资格和业绩，投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）。分公司与上级法人单位只可一家参与投标，同时参与投标的，投标均无效。如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明。If the bidder is a registered company in the People's Republic of China, it is necessary to provide a legal and valid business licence, tax registration certificate and organisation code certificate or business licence with a combination of licences, and a scanned copy of the original shall be provided when bidding (the original is for reference). Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE.未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以E.Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Allowed（2）业绩要求:1、2014年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有1艘DP工程船舶柴油机（或发动机）的供货业绩，且该机型具备甲醇Ready的能力，并提供AIP证书（船级社颁发的甲醇预留的原则性认可证书）。2、投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件至少包含：1）合同复印件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同首页、合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、货物名称、具备甲醇Ready能力的技术证明文件、AIP证书（船级社颁发的甲醇预留的原则性认可证书）及到货验收材料（至少包含：买方接收证明或调试验收证明或到货验收单或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料或“与合同或订单金额一致的所有增值税发票扫描件（如有清单须提供，须体现发票号；发票需包含合同号或物资名称，且与合同或单个订单一致）。”除发票外其他的到货验收材料至少应有合同甲方签字或盖章。）3、若合同为协议，除提供协议文本外，还应至少提供该协议对应的1个已完成订单的订单页和相应的到货验收材料，同一个协议合同下的订单视为1个业绩。4、如业绩合同买方与投标人及所投产品制造商之间具有关联关系（指与投标人及所投产品制造商为同一法人或具有控股关系），则上述合同业绩不接受。5、未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。
