中海油深圳海洋工程技术服务有限公司是海洋石油工程股份有限公司(以下简称海油工程)的一家全资子公司，是海油工程南海片区的支持基地和水下工程公司，深圳水下致力于发展深水水下技术，也是其母公司海油工程重点发展板块，包括设计、安装、水下工程三大部分。根据未来项目计划安排，需外取工作级ROV服务以满足工程项目作业需求。CNOOC Offshore Engineering Solutions, hereinafter referred to as COES, is the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation, hereinafter referred to as COOEC, and the window and support base of COOEC in South China. Shenzhen Subsea is dedicated to the development of deep water technology as the main development part of COOEC includes Engineering Design, Installation and Underwater Engineering.According to the future project plan arrangement, it is necessary to obtain work - class ROV services externally to meet the operation requirements of engineering projects.
