A．★营业执照：如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照；如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明。A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．★制造商要求:所投产品为国内产品：不允许代理商投标，投标人需是调节阀的制造商所投产品为境外产品：允许调节阀的制造商或取得调节阀制造商唯一授权的代理商投标。 投标人为代理商时，应得到本次投标调节阀制造商的唯一合法授权，并需提供以下材料（盖制造商公章）：1）在有效期内的调节阀制造商授权书；2）调节阀制造商承诺函，承诺投标所投产品为制造商工厂生产。B． ★ Manufacturer requirement: The product being bid for is a domestic product: agents are not allowed to bid, and bidders must be manufacturers of control valves.The product being tendered is an overseas product: manufacturers of control valves or agents authorized solely by the control valve manufacturer are allowed to bid.When the bidder is an agent or a contractor, they should obtain the sole legal authorization of the control valve manufacturer for this bidding and provide the following materials (stamped with the manufacturer's official seal):1) Authorization letter from the manufacturer of the control valve within its validity period;2) Commitment letter from the manufacturer of the control valve, promising that the products submitted for bidding will be produced by the manufacturer's factory.
