Only one branch company and the higher-level legal entity can participate in the response, and if they participate in the response at the same time, the response is invalid.Respondents registered outside of China shall have a business license that meets the requirements of the place of registration.应答人自2022年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），应答人应具有至少1个已完成合同的物品采购类服务且合同金额不少于人民币50万元的业绩要求；或具有至少1个年度协议或框架协议的物品采购类服务的业绩，且满足该业绩已执行金额不少于人民币50万元的要求；或具有至少1个包含物品采购类服务内容的综合服务业绩，且满足该业绩物品采购服务部分不少于人民币50万元的要求。The respondent shall have a performance requirement of at least one completed Goods Procurement service contract with a contract amount of no less than RMB 500000 from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract signing time); Or the performance of Goods Procurement services with at least one annual agreement or framework agreement, and meeting the requirement that the executed amount of the performance is not less than RMB 500000; Or have at least one comprehensive service performance that includes Goods Procurement services, and meet the requirement that the executed amount of the performance is not less than RMB 500000.如应答人业绩合同金额为美元或其他币种，折算汇率应以开标当天中国外汇交易中心（https://www.chinamoney.com.cn/chinese/index.html）汇率为准。If the performance contract amount of the respondent is in US dollars or other currencies, the conversion exchange rate should be based on the China Foreign Exchange Trade System on the day of bid opening（ https://www.chinamoney.com.cn/chinese/index.html ）.应答人须提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：1）合同或年度协议或框架协议和2）服务完成结算发票。应答人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：单个业绩合同或年度协议或框架协议签署时间（2022年1月1日至投标截止日）、合同签署页（应有双方盖章）、合同金额（不少于人民币50万元）、服务范围或内容（物品采购类服务，提供综合服务业绩的，应提供可以证明所含物品采购服务部分达到业绩要求金额的材料，否则视为无效业绩）、结算发票（年度协议或框架协议或综合服务业绩的应提供达到业绩要求金额的结算发票）。未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。The respondent must submit relevant performance certification documents. Performance certification documents include: 1) contract or annual agreement or framework agreement, and 2) invoice for service completion settlement. The performance certification documents submitted by the respondent must at least reflect the following contents: the signing time of a single performance contract or annual agreement or framework agreement (from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline), the contract signing page (with both parties' seals), the contract amount (not less than RMB 500000), the scope or content of services (Goods Procurement services, for those who provide comprehensive service performance, should provide materials that can prove that the procurement service portion of the included items meets the required performance amount, otherwise it will be considered invalid performance), and the settlement invoice for contracts (settlement invoices that meet the performance requirements for annual agreements or framework agreements or comprehensive service performance should be provided). Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to meet the above performance requirements through the provided performance certification documents, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
